Be sure and check the registration certificate to see if the name last
appearing as owner is the same as the person from whom you are purchasing
from. THIS IS IMPORTANT, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
It shall be the responsibility of the buyer to forward to the office the
completed transfer form, the certificate's) of registration and the
transfer fee.
NOTE - This transfer must be recorded in the Secretary's office before
the buyer has proper title to enable him to sell the animal and before
produce can be accepted for entry in the Stud Book.
