DUPLICATE PAPERS

                To receive duplicate papers in the case that they are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged, send the

                following to this office:

                    1.  Pony's name and number must be given.  If exact name or number is not known or
                         remembered, give all the information possible such as:  date when registered, as much
                         of the correct name as possible, name of owner of the pony, and any other information
                         that could help us.

                    2.  Duplicate papers fee of $10.00

                Papers will processed as soon as  possible.
